Exploring Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter

I am soo so so excited to share these photos with you!! This Gothic Quarter Barcelona session was such an amazing experience.

For some background: Kelsey, who is also a photographer, and her boyfriend were visiting Barcelona, Spain at the same time we were. So clearly, we hired each other to take some kicka** travel photos of each other and explore the Gothic Quarter together. Thanks to Facebook, Kelsey and I connected and from there we planned their explorative session. (We had never met in person before we were both in Barcelona!) Oh, and Kelsey also took bomb photos of us. See Justin and I’s photos HERE!!!!  Exploring Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter was one of my favorite parts of visiting Europe.

It turned into quite the cloudy and rainy evening, but we didn’t let that slow us down. Instead, we searched for pockets of light with crazy cool views and architecture. We also let the bustling city life happen around us as we danced down streets, gave piggy back rides, and got super close and cuddly. The city was probably used to it because we didn’t get payed a whole lot of attention.

Guys, this is how I like to travel and explore.. nothing gives me more joy than exploring a new world with a couple in front of my camera. Even when it started to rain on us, we just kept having fun shooting. You may not see any rain in these photos, but you will see them in our photos! Which I shared with the rest of our Barcelona trip, too!
