A WINTER WEDDING AT WINSTON SALEM WEDDING VENUE – OLD HOMEPLACE VINEYARD

This winter wedding at the Winston Salem wedding venue, Old Homeplace Vineyard, was so romantic and beautiful! Old Homeplace Vineyard offers such a rustic yet charming barn that’s perfect, especially for a winter wedding! But before we get into this stunning wedding, I have to talk about Andrew and Haley’s romantic rooftop proposal! Andrew proposed on the rooftop deck of the Reynolds building in downtown Winston-Salem, which happened to be their apartment at the time. He had planned the proposal for months and he did such an amazing job! He decorated the deck with dozens of roses and candles at sunset! Haley was amazed, and of course, so excited!

A Romantic Winter Wedding at Winston Salem Wedding Venue – Old Homeplace Vineyard

This day was SUPER windy, so we had to move the wedding ceremony indoors, but everything was still so gorgeous, and such was a dreamy wedding for Andrew and Haley! For their wedding vows, Haley and Andrew wrote emotional letters to one another and read them in private. It was such an intimate moment for them and so sweet to be able to capture. They also had such a great bridal party! They were truly a hype crowd, which I love because even when it was freezing, thanks to the wind on this day, we were able to get some amazing and fun photos of the bride and groom with their people!

Haley was literally shivering during their bride and groom portraits, but she stuck it out to get the best photos. That’s my kind of bride! I totally felt her pain though, so we got them done as quickly as possible while still ensuring we got all of the photos she wanted so when she got her photos back, she would feel that it was so worth it! I love when couples do what it takes to get the best shots. Their photos turned out so dreamy, and you can’t even tell how cold this day was! Everything about this day was perfect. From Haley’s gorgeous bouquet and wedding dress to the cutest dessert table to their wedding decor! Their wedding truly felt like a Christmas wonderland with the colors, Christmas tree, snowflake wall pieces, and cute pinecone centerpieces!
