Every single part of the wedding was SO FUN! From the barrel train ride to the last minute switch up to fiber optic light wands for their sparkler exit – all of it was a BLAST! This romantic December winter wedding at Bakery 1818 in Madison, North Carolina with Amanda and Chris was the perfect example that having your wedding in winter is a GREAT idea! A Winter Wedding Dream Come True For Mr & Mrs Long

Bakery 1818 is the perfect setting for a romantic indoor wedding. It was perfectly cozy for their December wedding including lots of burgundy colors, wintery florals, and winter wedding accents. There were some Christmasy events going on in town which is how they spotted the barrel train ride during groomsmen photos and asked if they could have a ride in it and they said yes! And of course I also said YES DEFINITELY!! I think it was the highlight of their day, and mine too LOL! The girls had to have their turn which they got during the reception!! As you can tell the wedding party was a ton of fun and kept the portraits light hearted and breezy.

I loved how the bride paid attention to all of the beautiful details throughout the entire day. Including, the back of her gorgeous dress! So stunning! Fun fact about these two, Chris actually proposed under a clock tower so when we saw the one located near the venue we knew we had to take photos with it for memorabilia! It was an incredible day and I can’t believe it’s almost been a year since!
