You have to see this romantic fall wedding in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Bakery 1818 is nestled in the quaint but rustically charming town of Madison. This wedding day was full of romantic rustic charm. Bakery 1818 is full of warm colors, brick walls, wood floors, and lot’s of twinkling lights.
When I tell you that these two had an amazingly strong connection, I MEAN it! Ashley and Sam were so attuned to each other throughout the day, there was no denying their love or emotions. They knew from their very first date that this was it for them. They had found the person they wanted to marry. That first date by the way turned into a 3-hour coffee session and the rest was quite literally, history. Ashley told me that Sam has pretty much already travelled the world, but now they are looking forward to traveling together. Their first stop? Honeymooning in New Zealand! Talk about a DREAM adventure location! It was the perfect place for their outdoorsy & adventurous personalities.
Sam is a huge craft beer enthusiast, so when a new brewery opened down the street from their wedding venue (Bakery 1818) we knew we had to make a trip there for some pre-ceremony beers and photos. If you stay tuned in this gallery of photos, you will see our super fun pit stop at Hell on Horsecreek Brewing. I must say, it was a pretty cool setting for photos! Now why don’t you go take a look and soak in the emotions of Ashley and Sam’s wedding day! You may also recognize Ashley and her dress, because I recently posted her bridal session that featured their fur baby Aspen! Go look at the adorableness right here!
Ashley had a bit of a gift made for Sam for their wedding day and directly after their emotional, touching first look, she led him inside to reveal the most precious gift ever. Keep looking through their first look photos to see how Ashley incorporated their fur babies that couldn’t attend their wedding day with them. (Like how freaking touching is that!?)
