KAYLA & NICK’S FALL ROMANTIC MATERNITY SESSION IN WINSTON-SALEM

When Kayla reached out to me for their maternity session, she described her vision as boho barefoot vibes. She also told me she was having a greenery floral crown being made for it and I nearly died with excitement. Her vision resulted in this romantic maternity session in Winston-Salem North Carolina.

We planned their session for the last half of November which meant a lot of plants would be dead and brown. Kayla and I knew finding a field would be the best fit for her vision, and find a field we did! The field we found had tons of tall pampas and wheat grass that glowed gold in the sun. It was absolutely perfect for their boho romantic vibes.

For the first portion of their session, Kayla and Nick wore cozy fall outfits. I can not get over how well these two fit together. Their nerves melted away instantly after we started taking photos and goofing off. It was clear how much they loved each other and their growing baby. When the lighting was hitting its peak, I had them change into their romantic clothes. Kayla wore a while lacy dress while Nick wore a white button up and kahki pants. They of course went barefoot, too! We were so excited to see that the field was absolutely glowing. I could instantly tell this was their vision coming to life.
